About Redflame Technologies

Redflame opened for business in May of 2004 as a home computer repair and full service creative and web development firm. We then decided we wanted to offer something more unique to Tulsa than just another web design and computer shop. The fact that Tulsa is comprised mostly of small and medium businesses, many of which can't afford or really don't require a full time IT deparment or technology staff, lead us to the concept of being that IT department. In short, we can provide the full service of a desktop computer support person, network engineer, pbx or IP telephone system administrator, and server/network administrator all at a huge cost savings to the client. Redflame has focused its efforts on providing first class network, server, telephony and desktop support services. We have partnered with other local businesses to support our business as well as other Tulsa locals to provide even more top notch options to our clients in interent and telephone services. Redflame also offers support to residential clients for technology related needs, but our main focus is to serve businesses as their own IT department. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all of our clients. Our turn around time for response to service calls is second to no one, and our experience with so many different technologies and computers also makes our problem resolution times short which also saves you money.
